by Niche is in search of a professional Social Media Marketing Brand Manager with minimum 5 years experience in luxury to ultra-luxury clients. We are looking for someone who we can eventually take full-time internal but need to ensure goodness-of-fit via at least a few months of freelance work, whether full-time or part-time. Essential that this individual be action-oriented, self-governing, demonstrate strong empathy for clients and others, intuitive, poised, comfortable in high profile situations, strong communicator, adaptable, solutions-focused. A well-rounded high achiever who sees areas of potential and can take initiative to problem-solve without much proverbial “hand-holding”. Ideal candidate can navigate comfortably through the abstract to operationalize ideas and new concepts into actionable items, and then work them into a clear plan to get the done including pulling in various support professionals and specialists and managing those moving parts with grace and empowering energy, and then submitting the product to perfection with alacrity yet thorough optimization incorporated throughout. We are looking for someone who functions strongly in both right-brain & left-brain, big-picture and details. Someone who moves with moxie in social situations and who friends and family say could “run for office someday”. Ideal candidates will have great integrity, strong ethics, and have high standards for themself and big dreams for the future. Entrepreneurial inclinations and experience preferred.
This role involves but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Development of annual marketing strategy for a brand including quarterly/monthly campaigns.
- Development of monthly social calendar for a brand including strong hashtag strategy, copy, and varied posting strategy across platforms. Often but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Full marketing strategy and execution of omnichannel social media platforms
- Coordinate with by Niche advertising team and specialists to optimize and implement ongoing paid advertising campaigns on behalf of clients, for Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, TikTok.
- Coordinate and strategize content creation (including professional photo & video, graphic design, animations, gifs) between client and vendor as needed to optimize digital performance.
- Run prompt content management, fielding and assimilating content into Dropbox & iCloud folders from Instagram tags, sends from client, and sends from professional photo/video.
- Develop social media brand guide that involves creative branding exploration and refinement into core components to amplify, honing of a style and voice for the client, and massaging of product and brand impact to depict its niche and most resonant market and world-presence.
- Manage Influencer partnerships and programs on behalf of brand
- Manage Brand partnerships and digital “events” like IG Lives etc.
- Oversee various other components to marketing whether implemented internally by client or by our specialists/preferred vendors: Web Design, SEO, Email Marketing, Text Marketing, Event Production, PR Services.
- Oversee small team of professionals, whether freelance or vendors to bring product goals to timely and excellent completion.
- Client relationship management including monthly phone calls/zoom meetings and prompt professional communication in response to client outreach.
