Since launching 5 years ago in Australia, TRIBE’s traction and growth has been nothing short of impressive. With $13M in VC funding and working with over 8,000 brands and 80,000 Creators, our revolutionary platform is expanding throughout Australia, UK and the US. TRIBE is a SaaS enabled marketplace, where brands can easily find, brief, and license influencer content. Founded by digital content expert and Australian TV/Radio personality Jules Lund, TRIBE is made up of an amazing team of 60 in 5 offices across the globe.

We are looking for our next talented superstar to join our team. The Community Manager role will be based in the US, acting as an integral member of our Growth team, who are responsible for all growth and marketing activity for TRIBE globally.

Our TRIBE office is based in New York, however we are open to considering applicants in cities outside of the US (preferably on/close to east coast time zone) as we are a predominantly remote team. You will be required to travel at times to New York, but we can sort out those details later...

Here’s what a day in the life of the Community Manager might look like:

  • Own community growth QoQ and engagement (MAU/DAU & TRIBE specific KPIs)
  • Develop overall strategies and tactical campaigns in coordination with Product and Customer Success teams to build, grow, and activate (MAU, DAU) the community of influencers/content creators that fuel TRIBE’s marketplace
  • Drive creation and execution of TRIBE’s creator ambassador programme
  • Lead content marketing and social media marketing projects and campaigns from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting, in coordination with multiple junior executives and ambassadors
  • Manage day-to-day multi-channel campaign execution across social media, email, push notifications
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving community growth and engagement
  • Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach micro influencers and every-day creators

There’s a couple of things we need you to confirm that you’ve got in your toolkit before hitting send on your application:

3-5 years of startup/scale up experience with proven track record in building a thriving community w. >15k MAU

  • Experience building a comprehensive community strategy from the ground up
  • Solid experience with social media marketing, content marketing, stakeholder management, project management
  • Thorough understanding of influencer marketing, B2B Saas marketing
  • Very data driven mindset
  • Experienced in LEAN environments, knowledge of scrum and/or kanban
