About the Division:

GLOSSYBOX is the leading luxury subscription-based beauty box service trading in the Nordics, France, UK and US, alongside Germany. Our business concept unites premier brands from the cosmetics industry with customers and beauty enthusiasts in an innovative and direct manner. Whether one chooses to subscribe to our exclusively curated limited edition box or wants to opt for the monthly box subscription, our customers always receive selected beauty products delivered straight to their door - from well-known brands to exciting, upcoming brands.

About the Role:

  • Growing social media following and engagement by developing original and captivating content which meets our brand guidelines and suits our customer demographics.
  • Create an exciting, fun community for GLOSSYBOX subscribers to share and maximise their unboxing experience.
  • Actively engaging with followers at peak times, encouraging discussion and supporting on queries, making good customer service a priority and communicating with our CS team to ensure this.
  • Stay up-to-date with fast moving trends and produce reactive content accordingly.
  • Management of budget and adapting strategy to meet sales targets.
  • Experiment with new functionality and content types such as live streams, tutorials, in-app payments etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers who share GLOSSYBOX brand values, creating a reliable and authoritative extension to our community.
  • Regular outreach to new influencers to expand audience, including gifting and paid opportunities.
  • Managing influencer budget and achieving sales targets.
  • Utilise channel and group data to measure, report and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Timely organisation of samples alongside the PR and Affiliate channels.
  • Secure pieces of coverage per month and report proficiently on channel performance.
  • Support the US Campaign Associate to deliver brand marketing services to high quality and produce results that meet our brand partner goals and KPIs.
  • Work with GLOSSYBOX Global Brand team to measure the effectiveness of campaign assets on Social Media and drive improvements.
  • Design and brief localised content where required to tailor experience to US customer needs.
  • Develop smooth and effective customer journeys, alongside the Ecommerce Associate, to maximise effectiveness of Social Media and Influencer channels, improving conversion rate and driving efficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external parties, working flexibly to support the business needs.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Strong engagement and follower growth across all social media channels
  • Subscription sales through Social, Influencer and other brand marketing channels according to budgets
  • Delivery of brand services
  • Building strong base of influencers to share and promote GLOSSYBOX
  • Positive customer engagement
  • Increased brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Photography / video capture preferred
  • Experience in image / video editing preferred
  • A passion for beauty and knowledge of influencers is a must!
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Confident presenting in person or on camera
