We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and Content to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. The Corporate Communications Manager will be a vocal champion for Aternity. This role will require creativity and assertiveness to drive our narrative across various mediums that engage internal and external audiences including, influencers, global media and industry analysts—ultimately positioning Aternity as the category leader in Digital Experience Management.

About the Role:

  • Magnify our voice by driving a global public relations initiative including managing PR agencies, crafting and leading PR campaigns, and driving influencer engagement to build the digital experience management category
  • Influence the influencers by building execute an Analyst Relations program by developing relationships with key analysts that cover digital experience monitoring/management and end-user experience
  • Connect our Aternity community by shaping our internal communications including company-wide announcements and other key messaging scenarios to keep the global Aternity team connected and informed
  • Build our narrative by driving a coordinated content strategy with Product Marketing and key technical stakeholders in the Product organization
  • Amplify our message through a social media strategy across LinkedIn and Twitter accounts to reach new influencers and amplify Aternity’s message
  • Plan the story cadence through Management and maintenance of a content editorial calendar

About you:

  • Balanced. You seamlessly switch between strategy and execution and leverage excellent interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with colleagues of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field

Proven experience creating targeted content for executive and technical audiences

Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Experience driving and analyst program and preparing analyst briefings--Gartner Magic Quadrant and similar reports

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Portfolio available of content assets and coverage
