Role Overview

As a Producer & Social - Content Creator & Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that enhances brand storytelling, engages audiences, and aligns with strategic business goals. You will capture, edit, and optimize video assets for various digital platforms, ensuring visually compelling and effective communication. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, creative vision, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Capture & Video Production
  • Plan, film, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and social media.
  • Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high production quality.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and compelling brand storytelling footage.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content.
  • Apply motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where necessary.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Optimize video formats and resolutions for different digital platforms and social media.

Creative Development & Storytelling

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts.
  • Craft compelling narratives through strong visual and audio storytelling techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new storytelling formats.
  • Project Management & Execution
  • Manage multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
  • Organize and maintain a library of video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align video content with campaign goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in video production, filming, and editing.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and sound design.
  • Ability to storyboard and conceptualize creative video ideas.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a creative team.
