We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is both creative and data-driven—a collaborative, supportive professional who can move quickly from concept to execution, adapt in real time, and make smart decisions based on performance insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, ads, and more
  • Find fresh ways to connect with our community, from influencer partnerships to PR opportunities
  • Monitor analytics, spot trends, and adjust strategies to keep results moving upward
  • Manage timelines to ensure projects run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify
  • A mix of creative and analytical thinking—you can brainstorm campaign ideas one minute and dive into data the next
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in influencer marketing or brand partnerships
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
