PURPOSE:

A Senior Influencer Manager works to garner consistent digital placements with Be Social’s top clients across Instagram, Blogs and YouTube. This important role notes a complete ownership of client communication including spearheading kickoff meetings with an ability to onboard a brand. Senior Influencer Managers drive the process, assess their goals and needs to effectively draft a strategy that sets the tone for the client relationship.

Senior Influencer Managers can identify hero skus and asset needs across channels; clearly communicating these to clients and then utilize those tools to craft a cross-channel strategy that achieves message points and goals of the most discerning brands.

Going beyond the role of an Account Manager, a Senior Influencer Manager is conceptualizing, managing and driving the process and relationship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to run meetings and conference calls in a professional, educated and confident manner
  • Ability to handle important clients and continually raise the bar across all initiatives and influencer coverage
  • Manage Influencer team with pitching bloggers, influencers and YouTubers, in addition to owning own accounts
  • Daily monitoring of influencer coverage across all social media platforms, blogs, and YouTube channels.
  • Spearhead projects, product launches and event attendance and oversee the rest of the Influencer team
  • Compile digital influencer outreach lists.
  • Compile and ensure timely completion of account weekly recaps, monthly reports, strategy guides, status calls and overall plans with attention to goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key bloggers, influencers and YouTubers.
  • Ensure account goals are being met, deliverables executed and client relationships remain positive
  • Ensure Be Social clients are represented correctly and consistently across all target digital influencers.
  • General administrations and housekeeping of brand packs and content briefs
  • Host digital influencer appointments with key influencers in varying markets.
  • Lead with influencer outreach and influencer strategy for Be Social clients
  • Manage weekly account check-ins for goals and devise ramp up strategies as needed.
  • Manage 5-7 mid-tier accounts at any time, as well as additional accounts and projects
  • Monitor social media, influencer + general digital trends, ensuring the team creates new strategies and reports to clients as needed
  • Manage paid campaigns within prescribed timelines and on budget to reach client KPIs
  • Oversee and delegate day-to-day Influencer account activities with the Influencer Manager, Influencer Coordinator and/or Influencer Assistant
  • Promote Be Social and Be Social clients and its brands, campaigns, editorial content, business and tech developments, activities and events to blogger, influencers, and YouTubers
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to the entire Influencer team and its related activities
  • Responsible for securing consistent coverage and significant results from strategic pitching, seeding and influencer relationships to achieve client goals
  • Serve as key agency point of contact for day-to-day client communication

  • College graduate with proven 7-8 years of in-house and/or agency PR experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative.
  • Knowledge of social media, blogging, and influencer platforms
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Proven track record of creating a positive impact on business through influencer relations and communications strategy.
  • Strong MS Word skills and Mac proficient.
  • Working relationships and knowledge of influencers.
