Public Relations Coordinator

Rare Beauty is looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations Coordinator who is passionate about beauty, social media, and influencer marketing. This role will work closely with the PR and influencer team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day seeding efforts, including influencer send-outs, press mailings, and shipments
• Assist in talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships
• Track and maintain the influencer database to ensure it is up to date
• Organize press materials and inventory
• Update & maintain product tracker
• Own communication for general PR email account
• Draft preliminary lists for talent needs (events, launches, etc.)
• Work with the internal teams to repurpose influencer content across channels
• Manage content permissions with influencers

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships, and fluency in all social platforms
• Highly organized and self-starting
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Loves all things beauty and social media
