Job Overview

We are looking for an ambidextrous marketer who has the ability to jump from the creative side to the analytical/administrative side. Your curiosity and love of the entertainment space will be fundamental in the work and should be able to help the team stay on top of trends.

Within our Celebrity & Influencer team, the Assistant Manager is responsible for searching and identifying talents, analyzing brand fit based on brand targets and objectives, while also tracking and managing all contracts related to usage rights for our clients.

You will co-lead the end-to-end execution of highly visible earned and paid influencer and ambassador campaigns. With your crucial attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients, you help us maximize our clients’ investments. You know how to build relationships with established and up-and-coming talent and present casting decks to brands. You’ve got an eye for vetting talent and their audiences to make sure they’re the perfect fit for your brand. Talent and agents love working with you.

Responsibilities

  • Research and prepare talent decks, bios, brand casting presentations
  • Prepare casting specs for model casting projects
  • Prepare contract drafts
  • Support senior staff for any contract negotiation & management
  • Billing, Invoicing and filing support
  • Negotiation- help to evaluate client needs. Negotiate new contracts and extensions with talent including models, influencer and photographers
  • Track renewal terms and expirations - make sure any final contract expiration is put into calendar- follow up with brands to get first use date
  • Update appropriate brand deal tracker(s) with closed contract details
  • Keep log of model/talent quotes/budgets for various projects
  • Keep updated list of talent on competitive brands
  • Interface with clients across different industries, managing expectations and appropriately setting talent/influencer goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Effectively leverage our in-house and 3rd party tools
  • Oversee the creation of case studies for use in training and business development
  • Remain on the pulse of celebrity and influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
  • Create, nurture and sustain relationships with talent and influencers, as well as their agents, managers and assistants
  • Become intimately familiar with FTC, SAG, WOMMA disclosure requirements and procedures
  • Supporting team on any administrative needs, helping to keep everyone organized and finding ways to better process

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years working experience and Bachelor’s Degree
  • Entertainment, Advertising and/or Public Relations background preferred
  • Experience in casting, negotiation, and/or production is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Highly organized and punctual
  • Creative and able to provide innovative ideas
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Hard working, proactive and self-confident
  • Ability to take limited direction and run with it
  • Comfortable working on new, changing, and fast-paced projects
  • Attention to details & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
