Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate engaging and aesthetically content for all social media platforms (IG FB, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Create and update a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Manage our loyal customer program and customer satisfaction

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Social networking and social analytics tools knowledge
  • 2+ years professional work experience in organic social or community management, with an emphasis in copy writing and influencer outreach
  • Graphic design/Adobe Suite background
  • PR experience a plus
