Social Media, Content and Community Manager, Act+Acre (Remote Role)

The Role:

  • EXPERIENCE IN DTC A MUST
  • EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY/WELLNESS A MUST

Duties will include:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Create and maintain an ongoing content calendar
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Deep understanding of the best social media tools for reporting and listening
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Deep experience in community relations
  • Create new content franchises to engage the A+A community, with a specific focus on seeking input on product development
  • Manage all aspects of the social community, including regular engagement with fans and followers, writing all captions and responses, and ensuring a steady stream of UGC
  • Maintain influencer relationships, including outreach for gifting, advising on influencer content creation, and negotiation of long-term partnerships
  • Maintain relationship with Act+Acre Press team

  • Must have 2/3 years’ experience at in beauty/DTC in this role
