JOB DESCRIPTION

The Digital Media Strategist is responsible for creating, leading and managing the planning and execution of full funnel digital marketing campaigns across multiple high profile clients. The Digital Media Strategist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and Digital Media Specialists to ensure strategic alignment and execution of programmatic display, video and audio, OTT, high impact display, native advertising, influencer marketing and much more.

As the world of advertising becomes more complex, you should feel comfortable venturing into the unknown to find the right solutions for clients. You should maintain an open mind yet ensure data drives your decision making process. You are a storyteller who understands consumer needs and meets these needs with strategic advertising. You are able to theorize around a solution and put it to the test without letting your ego stand in the way. You are a leader and a teammate who moves everyone in the right direction and builds others up by communicating and actively sharing information. You admit your mistakes and grow from them.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-6+ years digital marketing experience planning, managing, optimizing and reporting on programmatic activations in a digital agency setting.
  • Expertise in Digital Display, Programmatic Buying, DSPs and Real-Time Bidding. Preferably have experience managing campaigns via Campaign Manager & DV360.
  • Experience managing complex sales and high profile B2B accounts
  • Experience planning, creating and executing full funnel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to account setup and QA, strategy development, partner and network selection, organization, and optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale ($1MM+), complex (multiple constituents) digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in working with external partnerships for complex digital executions
  • Experience working directly with clients and providing insights and recommendations directly to key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis and data visualization tools such as (Google Data Studio, Datorama, Origami Logic etc.)
  • Demonstrate self motivation, autonomous decision making and independent client advisement.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking.
  • Understanding of key internal business objectives including; business development & sales, pricing, time management, project management and operations

PLUSES

  • General understanding of paid search and social initiatives and how they relate to the holistic brand initiatives.
  • Experience setting up goal tracking and conversion actions in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working within a team environment inclusive of digital media, SEO, development, design and data analysis.
  • Experience managing content marketing
  • Google Ads Certified
  • Bing Accredited Professional
