Position Overview

This unique opportunity allows you to help lead a world-class affiliate program and partner with the most sought-after key opinion leaders in virtually any vertical. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships and CEO, you’ll take a performance driven approach to engaging partners to maximize sales and campaign ROI. You’ll gain first-hand entrepreneurial experience scaling one of the most interesting brands in the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of affiliate campaigns and influencer sponsorships across platforms.

• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase ROI.

• Help manage ongoing partnerships to optimize creative assets required for campaign outperformance.

• Help write briefs, swipe and podcast reads to maximize conversion potential of campaigns, where necessary.

• Help manage, cultivate and continuously strengthen high-value relationships.

• Help identify new audiences and key opinion leaders that can drive positive ROI.

• Source, evaluate, pitch and negotiate profitable partnerships.

• Lead Pique Partners micro-influencer program to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience growing revenue in a performance-driven influencer marketing program where success is measured by ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a top quartile GPA.

• Passion for health, wellness, plant medicine or consciousness.
