Creative Project Manager

Bokeh
San Francisco, CA, USA ⚠ [Archived] No Longer Accepting Applicants

BACKGROUND ON BOKEH

At Bokeh, we anticipate the Creative Project Manager to be a critical role. It is also a completely new role for the agency. This position will be an internal field coordinator on integrated campaigns that may include anything from video to photography, animation to design.

Bokeh was intentionally built to eliminate the old layers between client and agency, forging a new role as an extension of our client's team. We don't believe in hidden creatives. Bokeh believes in building relationships between brands and people that rely on empathy, sincerity, and transparency. We are not ad people. We call ourselves a partner, not an agency.

We think 360° because people are not one dimensional, taking an integrative mindset to bridge traditional and digital media. We are nimble because today's global agency model is too tired, bloated, and slow to adapt to an integrated media environment. We don't settle because our best work is always ahead of us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Time tracking across accounts and project-based assignments, raising flags as early as possible

  • Project management updates across client communication channels (Asana, Slack, Matterport, etc.)

  • Organization and archiving of all deliverable assets, project files, decks, and content

  • Traffic management across all active briefs and across all Creative Duo (ACD + Integrated Producer) workstreams

  • Global resource management across execution disciplines - strategy, influencer/social, design, copywriting, editorial + motion, producing + project management, freelancers + external vendors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Both in-house and [advertising, creative, or digital] agency experience in project management, project coordination, creative operations, creative production, account management. This is a STRONG preference.

  • Well-equipped to oversee traffic management from brief to delivery with a keen ability to manage schedules, timesheets, project flows, and Asana.

  • Familiarity with the creative development process in an integrated marketing environment a HUGE plus. This may involve everything from 360° Campaign development to email design, UX/UI to video and animation.

  • The ideal personality for this role is someone who's on their shit, doesn't take shit, and makes shit run smoothly. You're obsessively-organized, efficient AF, and loves to track time, place people in the right spots, and problem-solve.

  • You don't require hand-holding, love to take ownership of your work, intuitively understand when to push, and prefer a fast, sometimes chaotic pace. You HATE entropy with a passion and thrive under pressure. This ain't creative for wimps, y'all!

  • The best way to describe our culture is lighthearted and sarcastic. We approach our work with hunger and humility. We treat candor with candor. And you should too.
