Responsibilities
- Manage and organize social assets, coordinating with cross functional stakeholders such as Paid Media team, Developer Operations team, Content & Experiences Product Marketing
- Coordinate and refine workflows with team members, internal stakeholders and agencies via social content management tools such as Khoros, across North America, Japan, and EMEA
- Manage and track YouTube content across inbound requests, scheduling and publishing in coordination with agencies
- Oversee and maintain social channel account settings and field miscellaneous administrative requests
- Support social and influencer marketing managers on creative development project management and content moderation
- Manage rights and reporting for Influencer content distribution
Skills
- 3+ years managing owned social channels in a content operations, community manager or project manager capacity within a brand or agency
- Familiarity with social management tools (Sprinklr, Khoros/Spredfast) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Google suite)
- Excellent multitasking, analytical and communication skills
