About The Role

As an Influencer Manager at Loot Labs, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and growth targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, capable of identifying and nurturing relationships with key influencers across various social media platforms, including Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns—from outreach and negotiation to content collaboration and performance analysis. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing our brand visibility, driving user acquisition, and fostering engagement within the gaming and collectibles communities. A personal interest in trading card games like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece is essential, as it will help you connect authentically with our target audience and influencers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our influencer marketing initiatives and expand our presence in the digital collectibles space.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Personal interest and knowledge of trading card games like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or One Piece is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers across various platforms that resonate with our target audience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and key partners
  • Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, content approval, and performance tracking
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements ensuring mutual benefits and campaign alignment
  • Collaborate with influencers to guide content creation, ensuring it is on-brand and engaging
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing efforts
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content creation
