Growth & Partnerships Lead (Affiliate, Influencer, Lead Gen)

We’re looking for our first growth hire to help us set up affiliate marketing, generate qualified leads, and build influencer partnerships. This will start as a contract role (part-time, project-based) with a clear scope and the potential to extend if we’re a good fit.

You’ll be responsible for designing and running small but high-impact experiments that drive measurable growth. We want someone who can roll up their sleeves, move fast, and show results through a short trial project before scaling into a longer contract.

What You’ll Do

• Design and launch a lightweight affiliate program (structure, terms, tracking, payouts)
• Recruit and onboard initial affiliates, creators, and community partners
• Run influencer campaigns across channels like YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and newsletters
• Set up tracking (UTMs, promo codes, landing pages) and provide weekly reporting
• Test different offers and outreach strategies to find what works
• Deliver leads and early traction with clear CPL/CAC benchmarks
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven ability to launch or scale programs that drive revenue
• Hands-on with tools like PartnerStack, First Promoter, or similar
• Comfortable setting up CRM/analytics for attribution (HubSpot, GA, Sheets)
• Strong copy and outreach skills to recruit and activate partners
• Self-starter, able to own projects independently in a small team setting
