BEN is seeking an Influencer Strategist to play an important role on our Client Services team in either our Sherman Oaks or New York offices. Responsibilities

  • Bring ideas grounded in trends and data to life and present them in response to RFP/brief based client requests.
  • Lead the proactive creation, development, and dissemination of strategic materials that may include one-sheets, decks, insights presentations, and proposals to major gaming clients and their respective IP.
  • Effectively use research, data, and market analysis for structured quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Taking an understanding and interest in the gaming influencer landscape’s creators and trends and translating it to actionable strategy for clients.
  • Track progress and lead conversations for new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Participate in meetings with current and prospective clients, to help educate them on BEN processes and creative strategies.
  • Provide quick and thoughtful packaging of strategic recommendations into smart, concise proposals
  • Outline strategic, data-driven recommendations, platform and creator cohort analyses and budget recommendations for the lifecycle of an influencer campaign
  • Succinctly and cohesively provide analysis, both written and verbally, on the Gaming industry and relevant Influencer Dynamics and Insights on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to aggregate intel to construct compelling creative suited to the clients’ needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years’ experience in the gaming, esports or entertainment industries (gaming and esports experience desired)
  • An affinity for brand storytelling
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to use a variety of web-based communication tools.
  • Extremely detailed and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on environment
