Movers+Shakers is a niche creative agency, specialized in spreading joy. Brands come to us to break engagement records and stand out. Much of our work uses original music and dance to bring brand stories to life, with the creative vision of Geoffrey Goldberg, our Chief Creative (and a Broadway performer and director). Our clients include Warner Bros, e.l.f. Cosmetics, NYX, Bliss, DSW, Peppa Pig, and Match.com. We make bright and colorful video ads for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. We write original music for brands. And maybe you have seen or participated in one of our TikTok challenges.
We’re a tiny team of entrepreneurially-minded people. You’ll be working super closely with the whole team as we pitch & execute digital marketing campaigns across industries. RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, recruit and activate creators for the always on Brand Channel strategies.
Identify creators that align with brand value and tone of voice efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate Brand Channel deliverables, handle talent communication and share briefs with creators (Includes contracting)
Work very closely+collaboratively with the strategy team.
Support manager with coordination + execution of sponsored influencer partnerships on TikTok and other platforms
Assist in talent discovery; building and maintaining relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
Track and report performance of influencer content
Stay on the cutting-edge of trends across social, especially TikTok and Instagram
Contribute to team brainstorms and Brand Channel campaign ideation
Responsive to the unpredictable 24/7 nature of campaign execution
QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years of experience managing or coordinating talent for marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of sourcing on-brand influencers/creators/talent
Ability to manage multiple brand channels and creators simultaneously
Deep passion for TikTok; experience with TikTok influencers is a big plus
Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond
Keen eye for detail with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
