- Account : Serving as a trusted partner to our clients and ensuring we deliver on our goals. Excellent presentation skills, comfort working with C-level clients, and attention to detail to sell creative ideas and deliver impeccable strategic counsel to help retain and grow existing client relationships.
- Strategy : Builds insights-driven recommendations and develops creative briefs, tactical briefs, influencer briefs, comms planning briefs, and brainstorm frameworks. Leads campaign execution and shows up as the strategic voice in the room, pushing brands to think differently and take risks that will benefit their bottom line.
- Influencer Marketing : Partner with leadership to formulate a vision and drive significant advancement and evolution in our influencer approach and expertise, support client adoption, and develop groundbreaking influencer activations that earn attention and push the industry forward.
- New Business & Thought Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams in developing and presenting winning responses to RFPs. Always ahead on trends and seen as the go-to person for providing original POVs in meetings, thought leadership pieces, and speaking opportunities.
- Team Growth : Partnering with VP Brand Strategy & Planning to mentor the team and develop new processes, frameworks, and ways of working to enhance our strategy offering, team expertise, and our endless quest to improve creative output. Take on direct reports to manage as our team grows.
