Partnerships Manager - Influencer Programs

Compensation: $35,000 to $45,000 Annually

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager that will be responsible for developing sponsored content opportunities for our roster of Influencers in the Gaming and Entertainment space. This position is focused on driving revenue through generating leads with targeted brands and growing those into paid partnerships. This role will join forces with a highly-dynamic team and be a key-player in the ongoing progression of the agency. This role is temporarily remote, but will eventually transition onsite to our offices in Orange County.

The Day to Day:

  • Procure Influencer specific opportunities and negotiate those into paid sponsorship
  • Build and maintain a growing pipeline of relevant brands through business development efforts
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through industry research
  • Work closely with the Talent Management team to target brands for individual Influencers
  • Proactively pitch MoreYellow’s roster of influencers and their ideas to current partners
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and partnerships goals set by Team Lead
  • Secure in-person meetings and phone-calls via email, Linkedin messaging and networking through industry events

You Should be:

  • Excited about your work and working with a highly energetic and devoted team
  • Self Motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Influencer Marketing and Marketing Strategies across multiple platforms
  • Experienced in Google G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs etc...)
  • Determined to meet and exceed goals

Bonus:

  • Have established relationships with gaming publishers and hardware brands
  • Have previous experience working with Gaming Influencers
  • Previous experience working in a CRM
  • Have a proven track record of closing deals, and exceeding sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
