Chamber Media has a proven track record of delivering highly successful digital advertising campaigns! We strive to deliver exceptional results for our amazing clients (you might recognize some of them), mostly through the use of data-driven creative, extremely fun video shoots, and technical ad buying.

We're looking to add an Influencer Marketing Manager with a specialty in Influencer Strategy and Engagement. You'll work with a rock star team of digital creators, and analysts to identify real-time influencer opportunities, monitor issues and trends, as well as identify influencers who are relevant to the brands. You will also be managing influencer relationships in a mutually-beneficial way to maximize our client's investment. You'll integrate across digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with prominent, on-brand influencers
  • Identify and build out a roster of hyperlocal, micro and macro influencers
  • Research and study emerging trends, technologies, competitors and influencers
  • Brainstorm new, creative content ideas and present to Creative Director and Art Director to move into execution
  • Manage creative campaigns from concept and ideation to development and execution
  • Report directly to the Director of Brand Communications
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute social strategy

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 1-2 years' experience at a digital, advertising, media or PR agency, and an understanding of social media, specifically influencer strategy, management and execution
  • Passion for uncovering the latest digital marketing and social media platforms and tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer identification, management and measurement tools
  • A genuine passion and curiosity for popular culture – from sneaker drops to foodie trends, sports and entertainment. Your passion for tracking trends means you are game ready to develop engagement tactics that will creatively target consumers around the country.
