General Duties

· Conceptualize and implement creative influencer marketing campaigns

· Develop fresh content ideas and work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns and schedule content

· Foster relationships with prominent influencers

· Attend marketing events for networking purposes

· Stay up to date with the latest social media platforms, trends, and influencers

· Direct all influencer partnerships and manage the marketing budget and negotiation of contracts

· Measure and analyze traffic conversion, channel growth, engagements, and information on competitors, customers, and our target audience

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred)
  • Proven track record in creating and managing social media campaigns
  • Experience networking
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Direct experience using various social media management tools and platforms

Candidate Profile:

· Passion for the social media marketing industry, and intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter

· Immaculate verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills

· Strong attention to detail, time management, project management, flexibility, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
The position will be remote until March.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Influencer Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
