Job Overview

Lulus has built a network of loyal brand ambassadors with fashion and lifestyle influencers on many platforms. We believe in the power of influencers to communicate brand messaging and increase brand awareness.

This position requires a highly creative, strategic mindset, and proactive efforts to create and maintain relationships with on-brand influencers to create content for Lulus. Influencer Outreach Coordinators create exciting campaigns around products and categories, as well as potentially assisting with and traveling for branded events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify on-brand influencers, adjusting outreach strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing or one-off relationships with influencers and key community and strategic partners to create content and engagement.
  • Work closely with management in planning, budgeting, execution and evaluation of special events as needed.
  • Measure and report results of outreach and other efforts to determine brand building and success. Prepares marketing activity reports and presents to management. Maintains updated spreadsheet of influencer contacts.
  • Monitors competitive markets/programs and marketing activities.
  • Performs additional duties and special projects, as required.

Qualifications

Requirements
Minimum education and experience required

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Marketing, creative, or communications backgrounds are a plus

  • The ideal candidate understands and has a connection to the Lulus brand and community. They are passionately creative with an incredible intuition for user engagement and brand amplification.

  • Experience and working knowledge of social media platforms or influencer marketing is required, including Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. Proactive approach to learning and becoming proficient in all future social platforms.
  • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and leadership team at all times
  • Works well under pressure. Meet multiple, and often competing deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite as well as social media tools like
  • Curalate, Socialix, Mavrck, or similar.
  • Some travel may be required.
