Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in ideation and development of traditional Creative campaigns
  • Content Creation: Generate creative ideas for integrated campaigns focused on social media platforms, such as Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Design collateral assets for digital, print, and social media in line with organizational aesthetic and branding
  • Content execution – Shoot and edit content to deliver a constant pipeline of content for the social media manager
  • Assist social media manager in content planning for social channels
  • Track performance of content and make improvements
  • Develop monthly visual calendar and edit to meet brand initiatives, standards and guidelines

Required Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a creative environment creating content for digital platforms – Instagram (Instagram Stories and IGTV), Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
  • A creative and visual thinker with a strong visual eye and a knack for creating and curating conversational, shareable content •
  • Can-do positive attitude and flexible with changes in the business and demands of fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicative
  • Passion for storytelling, social media, beauty and social justice is a must
  • Advanced knowledge of video and photo editing tools
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A love for beauty and the “weirdos” of the world

We are looking for a Social Media Creative to join our tribe! The Social Media Creative should have deep knowledge and practical experience in copywriting, art directing, designing and provide leadership from concept to final asset creation for social media platforms. This is a role for the social media obsessed and content creator. Create content for social media platforms, from conception to finished campaign. Work closely with the rest of the Creative Team to ensure Social Media concepts are seamlessly integrated within general campaigns.
