We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter to join the 2 Degrees team as the full-time Senior Manager of Influencer Partnerships, supporting the paid-partnerships team. This is a role for someone with a passion for strategy, relationship management, and content development.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, budget, and coordination of paid-for influencer marketing campaigns on behalf of 2 Degrees clients - framing strategy, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and reporting.
- Oversee creative ideation and content development to deliver innovative influencer and talent campaigns.
- Management of contract process for campaigns, including recommendations for contract negotiations.
- Development of data-based performance metrics and reporting for influencer campaigns; including establishing relevant KPIs and ROI, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely and collaboratively across teams to develop and execute global integrated campaigns / strategies.
- Update and maintain talent database, talent rosters; build relationships with talent agencies, networks, and influencers
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of partner/talent facing experience in an agency, publicity firm, talent management, studio, network or tech platform
- Have experience and are comfortable interacting with talent and their management teams / agents
- Experience across all social media platforms, including emerging channels
- Strong ability to tell a story and direct interactive content creation
- Master of organization - google docs, spreadsheets, email distros, etc. are your world
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to develop these skills further
- Superb client relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high email volume
- Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and changing deadlines
