Marketing Strategy and Operations Intern: Influencer Marketing
Our mission is simple: to make personalized skincare accessible and convenient for all. Awarded one of Inc's Best Workplaces 2019 and 2020 Forbes #8 Startup Company, Curology is a leader in direct-to-consumer ecommerce and has been featured in Vogue, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar, and Business Insider.
Curology is creating the next generation of skincare through customized treatment plans and formulas with powerful prescription ingredients for acne and anti-aging. We believe great skin shouldn’t be a luxury, but a fact of life.
As a Marketing Strategy and Operations Intern, you will get to apply your strong problem solving and collaboration skills to identify and solve the most critical operational issues that are inhibiting the influencer team from scale. In this role, you will get the unique opportunity to experience a fast-growing team’s inner workings and gain hands-on experience in developing a team at an inflection point of a highly successful tech startup.
Influencer marketing is a marketing channel that is constantly changing and evolving. Because of this, your assessment of the market will be critical to the development of our long-term strategy. You will act as a strategic voice for the influencer team, and align with leaders across the marketing team to ensure the continued success of our influencer efforts.
You will do this while learning valuable execution and operational skills, integrating with the influencer team, and getting the chance to dive into the heart of the company’s marketing effort.
