The Role
Currently hiring for a Sr Influencer Marketing Manager, to drive and lead our
Influencer channel. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our footprint across the US,
through meaningful influencer strategies and partnerships. Your role will be a key in driving
our differentiation in the market. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, US and will be
instrumental in scaling this channel.
Responsibilities
- Own US Influencer marketing initiatives and drive expansion in the US market, engaging both buyers and sellers.
- Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy across performance,
- awareness and retention.
- Create team goals based on funnel, such as: signups, CPR, CPM, conversion to
- buy, DAU etc)
- Own the management and allocation of budget for the paid deals, and optimization of holistic ROI
- Create long term strategy and relationships with influencers
- Optimize end to end on-boarding process and tools
- Analyze present ways of working, recommend and execute on an infrastructure of a scalable process
Requirements
- 10+ years with track record of scaling companies and teams, ideally in the
- influencer space
- Experience cultivating influencer partnerships for growth
- Strong grasp of commercial analysis; able to compile, analyze and interpret data to identify marketing strategies, develop hypotheses, and test them in the market
- Strong knowledge of social media; digitally savvy and curious
- Experience pitching and negotiating with external partners and agencies
