The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in implementing the content strategy across key channels, namely Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Pinterest as well as exploring new and emerging channels.
Responsibilities
- Populate and manage daily paid media tracker across all social platforms and partner with Media agency on all updates.
- Work with Content team to build out monthly Instagram grid
- Manage Assistant Social Media Manager (Trade) to ensure all trade related content is being posted efficiently and how we approach it versus consumer content.
- Community Management and social listening across all channels, responding and sharing appropriately. (includes KOLs, partners and designers)
- Content QA prior to posting.
- Contribute ideas and feedback for other platforms and share great content from some of the accounts we follow and others.
- Monitor performance of content that resonates with our followers to reveal learnings and optimize all social media content accordingly
- Create impromptu IG stories and posts as news breaks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years social media experience either for a brand or publisher
- Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong creative side
- A love for planning and scheduling and proven passion for social media
- Working knowledge of Social Media Management Tool such as Hootsuite, Falcon or Sprinklr
- Working knowledge of Dash Hudson/Likeshop.me or comparable social measurement tool
- Experience reading organic & paid social media dashboards
- Experience reporting social media performance against paid and organic KPIs and creating relevant dashboards and learnings slides
- WordPress, Photoshop and CMS experience is beneficial
- Knowledge and experience of influencer measurement tools
