The Public Good Projects (PGP) is seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator. This position will report to a Digital Campaign Manager and be an essential member of the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging social media influencers, and curating content to support key campaign objectives. This includes: identifying the most relevant influencers based on audience fit, size and approach; coordinating with influencers in a patient, friendly, and timely manner; streamlining influencer acquisition and client approval processes; and ultimately, ensuring that we receive the best quality content on time, while upholding our stellar reputation within the influencer community. The candidate should be passionate about producing innovative and first class behavior change campaigns and be well-versed in optimizing marketing and communication strategies across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other social platforms.

You’ll also:

  • Work with account managers to ensure the success of each behavior change campaign aligned with client expectations and based on research insights
  • Ensure campaign branding and messaging follows brand and social media guidelines for consistency across all channels including digital and traditional media, programmatic media and supplemental marketing activities and activations
  • Provide weekly and monthly metrics reports highlighting campaign performance
  • Keep tabs on news and trending conversations, pop culture, hashtags and help brainstorm ways that PGP can be part of the conversation on social media
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to help provide support for other digital marketing and website efforts

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred at least 2+ years digital or influencer marketing experience (agency experience a plus!)
  • A native user of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  • Preferred experience with third-party digital marketing and analytics platforms and tools
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with a proven track record of supporting multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative ideas and processes
  • Strong marketing instincts, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
