Manager, Affiliate & Partnerships

We are a newly remote team, with a majority of employees based in NYC, and are backed by the same venture capital companies behind Instacart, Warby Parker, Glamsquad, Mirror, Prose, and Allbirds.
As Manager, Affiliate & Partnerships at Ollie, you will work directly with our Sr. Director of Acquisition & Retention to disrupt a $30 billion industry. You love collaborating with a team and using analytics to shift acquisition tactics in a new and evolving marketplace. With your expertise in navigating affiliate marketing and brand partnerships, the team can achieve its mission to get Ollie into the bowls of pets everywhere.
This role is based remotely with most employees in NYC, and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Acquisition & Retention.
Responsibilities
- Significantly grow and expand our affiliate channel, growing existing partnerships and recruiting new partners across all categories.
- Expand our strategic partnerships, launching brand collaborations and influencer campaigns that help expose Ollie to our target audience.
- Hit and maintain LTV/CAC goals across your channels, owning and optimizing your monthly marketing budget to maximize this metric.
- Collaborate with an amazing creative team to ideate, test, and scale top-performing messaging and visual creative across your channels.
- Conduct ongoing offer testing and partner bounties, understanding the trade-offs between CAC efficiency, volume and LTV.
- Manage agencies directly, pushing for stronger performance and innovation for your channels.
- Test and scale emerging channels, including Podcast, Radio, Direct Mail, Influencer, and TV.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in growth marketing, with a focus on partnerships.
- Proven experience in growing customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, from partner recruitment to significantly scaling up sales through affiliates.
- Strategic and analytical with a desire to own the end-to-end process of running several marketing channels.
- Creative passion and relentlessness for driving sales and value for our customers and their pets.
- A passion for Ollie’s mission and product.
- Experience working in tandem with other channels, including PR, Paid Social, and Organic Social/Community.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact Radius is a plus.
