Senior Social Strategist
- The Social Strategist will be the keeper of the social strategy and owner of driving innovative, inspiring & award-winning work that meets our clients’ business goals.
- As Social Strategist, you are expected to be tapped into the pulse of culture and quickly able to identify opportunities for our clients to engage.
- You will advocate for the right set of actions on social platforms to implement a strategy and help create the necessary consensus within both the internal client team and the client's organization to achieve results.
- You will serve as a leader within the Social Marketing group and a “go-to” for content insights, ideas, and ways to work across the client organization.

- Develop social strategy for the brand including ways to act across multiple social channels.
- Be able to plan brand campaigns and how they will live across social.
- Develop channel specific strategies where needed (i.e., when a new channel is launched).
…own briefing of social content needed with creative partners
- Write & own briefs with full insights (with support from team), inspiration and updates based on creative feedback.
- Work with creative partners to deliver final product and best results.
- Identify and share actionable trends (social memes, formats, cultural insights).
- Deliver a POV & audit of industry examples, competitive examples, market movers.
- Strong written, verbal, visual communications.
- Able to lead meetings and provide insights where needed.
…oversee social marketing managers & work across a complex integrated team
- Review and help develop reporting & content plans with junior team members.
- Ensure junior team members are delivering on weekly tasks, supporting where needed.
- Deliver ongoing actionable feedback, working toward the skill & career development of junior team members.
- Prioritize, own, and delegate tasks and projects efficiently across social & influencer team.
- Collaborate closely & efficiently with account, project management, production, insights, analytics, and creative teams on integrated tasks & projects.
