Overview of your duties:
- Work with the team to identify, build, and execute 360-degree programs across social channels with the goal of driving sales
- Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns with a focus on acquisition and LTV
- Vet influencers and emerging creators for brand alignment and potential high sellers
- Stay on top of the lastest media trends and consistently look for area of opportunity to optimize
- Create briefs, tests and report on campaigns with actionable insights to scale program
- Collaborate with the web and growth team to optimize CVR on landing pages and site
- Establish, test, and scale influencer strategies across a diverse group of beauty and lifestyle creators while meeting established KPIs
- Negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers, content creators and agencies for optimal negotitaions and media
- Own channel performance and report on established KPIs including ROI (digital events), CTR, CAC, and CVR
- Proactively and objectively evaluate ongoing program performance, while actively optimizing strategies for improved performance
Qualifications you have:
- 1-3 years in acquisition marketing and paid influencer programs
- Passion for beauty, skincare, pop culture and the creator space
- Experience in a high growth start-up within beauty, CPG, or eCommerce
- Experience with D2C conversion based influencer marketing
- Consitent drive to consistently learn new skills and make professional strides
