Project Employee, On Site Content Creation
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a company dedicated to yin yoga, meditation, and sacred end-of-life care. You will play a key part in shaping a minimal, earthy, and conscious brand identity, co-creating content and developing free resources that authentically reflect the company’s vision. The ideal candidate is passionate about meaningful market expression and is inspired by artistic, mindful, and holistic approaches. You will work closely with the founder to bring new ideas to life, ensuring the brand’s voice and visual presence remain consistent and engaging across all platforms. This is a remote, part-time contract position with weekly communication and creative collaboration at its core.
Deliverables
- Co-create and implement brand strategy aligned with the company’s values and vision
- Develop and design free resources, such as guides, worksheets, or digital downloads, for the community
- Produce engaging content for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and the website
- Compile and edit video or multimedia content to support brand storytelling
- Ensure all content and resources maintain a minimal, earthy, and artistic aesthetic
- Collaborate weekly to brainstorm and execute new ideas for market expression
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand strategy, content creation, and resource development
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating minimal, artistic, and conscious work
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness, or holistic practices is highly valued
- Availability for ongoing, weekly communication and project updates
