Brand Manager
Responsibilities
• Manage the brand P&L, including marketing budget responsibility to maximize ROI
• Lead marketing tactic execution including digital/social media marketing, public relations, shopper marketing and influencer marketing
• Develop brand briefs and manage content development for digital and social media
• Support development of brand marketing plans
• Manage packaging updates
• Constant optimization of brand and corporate websites and e-commerce to drive maximum engagement and conversion
• Liaison with consumer call center to ensure every interaction with the brand is positive
Qualifications
• MBA in Marketing or 5+ years marketing in consumer-packaged goods.
• Marketing experience in Consumer Healthcare (OTC) preferred
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
