Innovation Analyst

On the team responsible for exploring new frontiers within the Influencer Marketing industry and constant experimentation, the Innovation Analyst will lead research and sizing for new opportunities. This team works closely with our Product organization within the Research and Development function to support project validation and our internal Services and Customer Success teams to offer new ways to drive value for our customers.
In this role you'll:
- Lead opportunity sizing and analysis of investments across the products, offerings and services to support prioritization within the Research & Development team.
- Lead analysis operations at Mavrck to support data insights and trends across the different teams, such as customer success and marketing.
- Ensure that the innovation backlog receives input and consideration from various stakeholders and sources like influencers, revenue teams, and brands.
- Discover new opportunities for the innovation team to invest in exploring and validating
- Support the design and execution of research studies within the influencer industry about upcoming trends to support internal teams and inform innovation.
- Project manage the experimentation workflow and rigor for the process of projects from the exploration backlog to the exploit function
- Support the development of the Influencer Innovation and Research team at Mavrck through its people, processes and products.
- Contribute to internal and external written thought leadership on innovation

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Management consulting, innovation, data analysis or business strategy
- Experience with innovation toolkits or frameworks preferred (research, quantitative analysis, written/oral communication)
- Deep experience with Tableau, R, Excel, and other BI tools
- Understanding and knowledge of statistics and modeling
- Skills in MySQL or database queries preferred
- Ability to effectively synthesize large amounts of data/information into key takeaways
- Comfort and facility with both quantitative and qualitative information
- Scrappy can-do approach to making things happen regardless of challenges
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management and experiment design + execution
- Interested in start-up or entrepreneurship experience and a desire to wear many hats
- Interest in digital marketing industry and trends
- An ability to learn quickly and adapt
