Account Manager, Affiliate & Influencer

We are seeking a talented marketing leader to help grow the Influencer category of our affiliate marketing program through the development of a robust & scalable product gifting program that efficiently serves all program constituents – influencer partners, vendor partners and internal partners across the organization. In this role, you’ll join a small but growing team of marketers who are working to rapidly scale influencer marketing as a performance marketing channel, with the expectations that it will be a key source of organizational growth for the foreseeable future.

What You'll Do

• Develop scalable processes for managing a robust enterprise influencer gifting program where we may have dozens of individual brands being gifted to hundreds of influencers at any given time

• Manage program communications with internal and external participants and stakeholders

• Identify strategically valuable brands within Zulily portfolio to target for program recruitment

• Be the internal and external facing champion of Influencer gifting program, convincing internal stakeholders and external vendor partners of program value, consistently driving adoption while also keeping existing program participants informed and engaged with consistent high-quality communications

• Develop internal and external facing pitch materials & education documentation that clearly communicates program value proposition and participation expectations

• Own development of program KPIs and take responsibility for driving performance & growth against those KPIs

• Ownership role in on-going development of short & long term Affiliate and Influencer strategic roadmap

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of related experience with marketing or specific channel (Brand, Customer Acquisition, Lifecycle)

• Superior communications capabilities (verbal/non-verbal skills)

• Highly organized with demonstrated experience in creating enterprise level workflows and processes

• Motivated self-starter with an attitude to proactively seek new solutions to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience preferred, not required

• Experience in recruiting and establishing relationships with affiliate partners, publishers or influencers

• Experience querying large datasets (Big Query, MySQL) to gather metrics and derive insights
