Job Description.
Twice is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized person to roll up their sleeves to join the team as our Director of Marketing. This position will be responsible for developing and bringing to life a multi-channel marketing strategy.
In this role, you will facilitate the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects that include promotional campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, new product releases, and other key initiatives. You will serve as an operational leader across all arms of Twice Marketing (Data & Analytics, Brand Marketing, PR/Comms, Social, Media and CRM) as well as external vendors. This is a new role that involves coordinating across people, processes, and technologies in a growing startup company and with a vibrant internal culture. This role works directly with the founders and reports into the Chief Brand Officer.
This is the perfect role for a hungry marketing expert who wants to be responsible for growing an early stage startup. You will devise marketing strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, and drive and measure results in the most critical areas of the business, while developing as a future leader of the organization.
Responsibilities.
When you’re not brushing twice, this is what you’ll do...
- Manage the marketing calendar to ensure growth and cohesive execution.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Work directly with cofounder to experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, content creation, pay per click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns.
- Manage strategic go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Communicate and present learnings from marketing project retrospectives.
- Pull KPIs and key metrics into regular reports for the Marketing Team and Leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of key marketing and creative initiatives and where they stand at any point in time.
- Evaluate new marketing and project management software solutions to improve and optimize team performance.
- Support in quarterly departmental budgeting and tracking, expense reporting and vendor management.
- Help monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Liaise with other departments including retail, operations, legal, and the other creative disciplines (product, digital and production).
- Project manage special initiatives as needed including supporting the CBO on key marketing meeting presentations.
- Monitor timelines to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of work while being able to assess and address any issues or concerns that may delay the project.
- Champion clear and frequent inter-departmental communications.
- Perform quantitative analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives (both DTC and retail), A/B tests, marketing ROI, and other key strategic decisions.
Requirements.

- 5-7 years working in a marketing and/or marketing operations capacity
- Ability to proactively identify new opportunities for operational enhancement
- Must have demonstrated an analytical approach to business management, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills required in successfully representing the business
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on processes and projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with market research, marketing/ product optimization, and/or data or analytics
- Familiarity with creative assets and production
- Experience in digital marketing
