Influencer Account Manager

We’re looking for an Influencer/Account Manager to manage client accounts across social platforms (IG, OnlyFans, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
Please note: this is a San Diego-based position in Pacific Beach, and we take every effort during the pandemic to ensure the safety and health of our team. Physically, mentally, and otherwise.
Job Summary:
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for working under the supervision of the Director of Revenue (DOR) to manage the day-to-day relationship and tasks between them and their assigned Talents. This includes but is not limited to improving the relationship, acting as a single point of contact, and owning the social strategy for their Talents.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the DOR to improve internal and external talent operations
- Responsible for responding to all of your Talent’s messages on their designated social media platform, with a goal of turning engagement into revenue
- Learn about your assigned Talent’s writing style, background, etc. so that messages are as authentic as possible - YOU are portraying the voice of each individual Talent
- Responding real time with your assigned Talents via Telegram (app) and scheduling weekly calls
- Working with the DOR to improve internal and external operations
- Ensuring your assigned Talents are sending new content for social media posts
- Present new growth/revenue strategies and ideas to the executive team
Required Skills:
- Comfortable working with social media platforms
- Excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Google products and project management software
- The ability to develop professional relationships
