Hourglass Cosmetics became part of the Unilever Prestige division in 2017.The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a proactive, highly motivated individual with experience in and a passion for social media and influencer marketing.
In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Hourglass current and growing influencer marketing program.
Responsibilities will include overseeing on-going influencer seeding and talent relations; playing a supportive role in overarching talent implementation globally; project managing digital activations and partnerships in coordination with Influencer Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience assisting in identifying and engaging influencers, supporting outreach programs, and project managing digital launches.

Assist in talent discovery; building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executionsManage always-on US seeding and mailer programs, including outreach and identifying sampling/partnership opportunitiesSupport execution of global mailers program, including logistics, market management, and reportingUse data and knowledge of space to identify talent for campaigns; meeting brand objectives and goalsAssist and manage consumer engagement activations including, but not limited to creator and influencer support to execute community building experiences and eventsAssist in managing influencer deliverables programming, including securing products/materials, briefings, tracking and content developmentManage revenue and affiliate driving paid activations, including sourcing talent, program management and cross-functional communicationAnalyze and report the effectives of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholders utilizing social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Dash Hudson, etc.Responsible for tracking and maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to dateResponsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept with on-going check-ins with Executive Director of Social MediaHighly adaptable and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneouslyEnergetic self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points to internal & external teamsStrong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative, with a passion for and understanding of the influencer/social space and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and platformsDemonstrates ability to think both creatively and critically; willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo while demonstrating sound judgment in strategic decision-makingWHAT YOULL GAINBe a part of establishing Hourglass fast-growing influencer marketing division.In-depth understanding of influencer marketing within a modern luxury brand.A holistic and cross-functional understanding of the luxury beauty industry beyond Influencer Marketing:
