About the Role:

Proactive and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Coordinator with a passion for fostering influencer partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying the right influencer partners, executing campaigns from start to finish, and analyzing campaign performance. The right person will be passionate about social media, and understand the complexities of leveraging influencers to support audience growth.

This is a seasonal or internship position with the potential to become full time.

Responsibilities:

· Research and identify potential influencers who align with the Ledge Lounger brand and content aesthetic

· Work alongside Marketing team members to set and achieve Ledge Lounger brand standards

· Manage the day to day execution of paid and organic influencer marketing strategy, including negotiating pricing, terms of collaboration, and other project-specific details

· Crafting messages, pitches, and social content briefs, to engage and inform influencer partners about our brand and our product campaigns

· Manage influencer campaign calendar and provide suggestions for optimizing campaign results

· Responsible for tracking product orders and invoices to ensure deadlines are met and influencer efforts align with the budget

· Monitor and review influencer content for accuracy, brand guidelines, and FTC compliance

· Manage influencer content, ensuring all assets are saved, organized, and shared with internal team members

· Collaborate with internal Sales and Operations teams to ensure influencer collaborations are completed in a timely manner

· Assist in analyzing data to understand campaign success through conversions and other KPIs; provide suggestions based on analysis to improve influencer performance

· Implement and provide suggestions for tracking effectiveness of influencer programs, and explore new measurement opportunities for assessing ROI

· Monitor ongoing, organic influencer activity

· Research and continuously add to knowledge of influencer marketing trends, digital/social trends and updates, and consumer behavior to stay at the forefront of influencer marketing

· Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our influencer marketing initiatives

· Responsible for maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date and includes all relevant information

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience with social media and or influencer marketing either in an agency or in-house environment (previous internships included)

· Bachelor’s Degree [in progress] in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, or similar field, or relevant work experience

· Excellent understanding of social media, especially Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube

· Strong written and verbal communications skills; excellent grammar and proofreading skills

· Team player who thrives in collaborative environments

· Must be open to coaching, advice, and collaboration from team members and management

· Knowledge and understanding of social media analytics, ability to assess content performance and provide recommendations; working knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus

· High-attention to detail with outstanding project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and tackle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

· Passion and creative eye for social media; ability to maintain brand consistency in a digital space

· Quick learner, highly-energetic and proactive

· Self-starter who is excited about the future of digital media and technology, and will seek new opportunities for growth

· Ability to innovate, think outside the box, and bring creative ideas to the table
