Job Title: Content Curator I

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 03 Months Contract

We are looking for a talented Content Curator to help us find & surface amazing video content on our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of all social media formats; a demonstrated understanding of social platforms; and an interest in subjects including pop culture, music and celebrities, as well as memes and other popular forms of online culture. We’re looking for people with a proven ability to identify trends -- as they’re happening or ahead of the curve. A background in social media, community management or content creation is a plus. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, to make smart editorial decisions, and to work collaboratively with external partners and global colleagues.

Responsibilities

· Review and curate video content from a wide variety of categories with a focus on digital trends and music culture

· Identify online trends and personalities, including emerging memes and cultural conversations

· Capture and highlight the best content from wide range of topics, including pop culture, celebrities, comedy, music, sports and food

· Identify storytelling, narrative, characters, and the qualities that make entertainment interesting

· Collaborate with our product teams to improve user experience and internal tools

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience in digital video content production, editorial / publishing, or creator / influencer talent

· Experience in social media with a focus on video

· Familiarity with teen entertainment trends in your region
