2021 Small Girls PR Fellowship
Your Small Girls adventure starts here…
Small Girls PR is a creatively-driven media relations, influencer, and experiential agency championing a personal approach to public relations.
Our clients range from Fortune 500 brands to challenger startups. We've handled mergers for GE, engineered virality for Billie's body hair campaigns, landed Outdoor Voices' first magazine covers, and produced Sweetgreen's infamous block party festivals. We've doubled in size year over year which makes this a good fit for entrepreneurial spirits and storytellers who believe PR is more than just press.
What is the SGPR Summer Fellowship?
The SGPR Summer Fellowship is a 12-week full-time work experience and training program starting on June 7th, 2021 through August 27, 2021. Open to recent college graduates only, this paid and highly competitive opportunity will give aspiring communications professionals the chance to learn from and work alongside the team at Small Girls PR as full contributing team members. The aim of the SGPR Summer Fellowship is to prepare recent graduates with the foundational skills necessary for most entry-level jobs in PR, communications, and beyond.
During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, Small Girls PR transitioned to a 100% remote working environment, with a tentative return to office date come May 2021. While we hope our 2021 class will be able to join in person, Small Girls PR is committed to maintaining a safe working environment and may replicate our entirely remote fellowship again this year as we did this past summer, should safety factors require us doing so. In the meantime, please anticipate being in our NYC or LA office for some or all of the fellowship. If the return-to-work date is extended, we will let you know by May 1st, 2021.
Small Girls PR's Summer Fellowship Program has the potential to lead to permanent, full-time employment as an Account Coordinator, therefore all eligible applicants must be willing to transition to working in our NY or LA office when it is safe to do so.
