Marketing Manager, Influencer & Partnerships

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking to hire a proactive, highly motivated Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Manager to own influencer, affiliate, and brand partnerships with emphasis on achieving aggressive customer acquisition goals. The role is ideal for a candidate that comes with influencer/affiliate expertise but is comfortable with white space and looking to expand their expertise whether that’s strategizing paid social campaigns, setting operational KPIs for CX, or revamping our loyalty program. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Growing our e-commerce business by driving new customer acquisitions, increasing LTV, and reducing CAC with an emphasis on test and iterate methodologies.
- Managing the launch, execution, and optimization of influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing
- Source and vet new opportunities, lock them in, scale them, and manage the ongoing relationships.
- Report to the Director of Growth Marketing, working closely with engineering, creative, finance and analytics, and our external partners and vendors.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
· 3-4+ years of digital/growth marketing experience at an agency or DTC brand with particular experience managing influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing.
- Familiarity with performance tracking, measurement, attribution
· Worked at early stage startup and know the meaning of “fast” and “resource limited”
· And, lastly a love for all things Japan and/or e-commerce related
