Social Media and Influencer Associate (Eats)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media, community and partnership strategy and initiatives for Traveloka Eats that effectively supports and is aligned with business (such as: balanced amount of exposure for merchant partners, hygiene communication and promotional campaign) and marketing objectives (such as: brand building and imagery)
  • Pursue the excellent executions for all agreed and approved plans, with the scope of:
    • Lead the content creators team for content creation (visual, copy, format) and curation,
    • Liaise with Partner Engagement team,
    • Schedule posts in all social media accounts related to Eats (including Traveloka's TikTok & Twitter),
    • Manage engagement with followers, incld. sentiments monitoring,
    • Monitor performance and provide key metrics analysis in bi-weekly basis reporting
  • Develop strategy to reactivate and maintain Traveloka Eats' communities within the food industry with the objective of building connections and retaining loyalists for organic word of mouth, and beyond the food industry with the objective of building awareness from new groups of potential users
  • As part of the community strategy, develop & manage paid and organic ambassadors program to extend Traveloka Eats' reach through key advocates, influencers and even business partners
  • Initiate and actively explore the opportunity to collaborate with other partners, such as media partnership, event partnership, etc. to build a consistent presence of Traveloka Eats in the market
  • Identify and follow up on opportunities to monetize social media, community and partnership channels for better growth of Traveloka Eats business
  • Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and food-related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities and build content that is relevant with current digital conversation
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to understand and keep up with Traveloka Eats business development plan and performance

Qualifications

  • Solid experience (2-3 years) driving social media, community and partnership (incld. influencer) marketing management.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, and working in a collaborative cross functional project both amongst internal and/or external teams
  • Experience in adapting messaging with successful results in messaging & creative testing.
  • Proven record of creativity and innovation in social media
  • Effective relationship management skills with an eye for detail
  • Deep understanding of local and regional culture, trends, social media channels and personalities
  • Strong communication skill, showcase good self-drive, passionate about social media, and agile with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
