Associate Manager, Social Media and Partnerships

LOCATIONS: Plano

We’re seeking a dynamic and culturally attuned Social Media creator & Partnerships Manager who’s passionate about all things social. In this role, you’ll drive brand growth and cultural relevance by co-creating social content, strategy, and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and media platforms to deliver high-impact, on-trend campaigns.

Reporting to the Global Creative Director, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how the Pizza Hut brand shows up across global social channels, ensuring our voice is bold, relevant, and connected to culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Identify opportunities for brand storytelling through cultural trends, social moments, and platform innovations.
• Manage the development of social media playbooks, frameworks, and tools to support regions in building creator-driven and platform-forward campaigns.
• Plan, manage, shoot and edit social-first content that’s visually compelling, culturally relevant and aligned with brand tone
• Maximize global media partnerships and their tools, providing scalable frameworks for regional activation based on brand priorities.
• Stay current on platform updates, social trends, technologies, and creator economy shifts.
• Collect, analyze, and share global use cases and performance metrics for earned and shared media efforts.
• Help manage creative workflows, organizing files, delivering edits, and assisting with post-production as needed.
• Contribute to the development and execution of global brand initiatives in partnership with the global brand team.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and energetic creative environment that thrives on innovation and cross-cultural exchange.

Required Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or content partnerships.

• Experience in content creation, social media and digital production.
• Skilled in shooting both photo and video content, and a strong eye for composition and storytelling

• A degree in PR, Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Working knowledge of media and influencer landscapes (both online and offline), and a growing level of expertise in the discipline.

• Strong strategic thinking and creative instincts, with an eye for what’s next in culture.

• Ability to collaborate across geographies, disciplines, and cultural contexts with ease.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to work independently on most tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create pitch decks and explain strategies clearly.

• Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns, vendors, or production workflows.

• Calm under pressure, open to feedback, and always seeking opportunities to refine and elevate your work.

Salary Range: $96,700 to $102,420 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
