Now, we’re ready to expand our U.S. partnerships — and we’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to make it happen.

The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a launchpad.

You’ll be the force behind building and owning Munch’s U.S. partner ecosystem from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CMO, with full strategic backing and sales support, to shape a high-impact network of affiliate, influencer, white-label, and strategic partnerships.

You’ll be the dealmaker who opens doors — from solopreneur influencers to global platforms — creating win-win relationships that accelerate Munch’s growth and your own success.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and close partnerships that drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Develop creative deal structures including affiliate programs, white-label agreements, co-marketing, and integration partnerships.
  • Build relationships with influencers, SaaS companies, agencies, and marketplaces aligned with Munch’s mission.
  • Collaborate with leadership on joint go-to-market plans and scaling strategies.
  • Oversee partnership performance and optimize based on analytics and ROI.
  • Represent Munch with confidence, clarity, and charisma — from startup founders to Fortune 500 executives.

Who You Are

  • A relationship architect with proven experience in high-ticket online sales, affiliate management, or strategic partnerships.
  • You’ve closed major deals before — and you’re hungry for your next big win.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, think creatively, and make things happen.
  • Comfortable selling both to nimble creators and corporate giants.
  • Fluent in the language of digital marketing, SaaS, and social media.
  • Excellent communicator with emotional intelligence and negotiation finesse.
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in or around the AI, social media, or content creation space.
