What You´ll Do
- Grow our reach and build relationships through responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster a positive and engaged social community
- Maintain records of trends, community highlights, and standout content
- Assist in planning and organizing content creation days and shoots-including gathering props, coordinating schedules, and supporting on set
- Prepare and brief social media assets, captions, and materials for campaigns and new product launches
- Assist in support for social media shoots, content creation, and editing
- Help source and vet potential influencer and creator partners who align with the brand's values and aesthetic
- Support the influencer program through product selection, shipping, follow-ups, and maintaining our database
- Track and organize influencer coverage, posts, and performance metrics
- Create contracts and initiate invoicing for influencers, stylists, colorists, etc.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for the PR agency-sharing assets, product info, and brand updates
- Support agency-led initiatives including product mailers, press lists, and launch activations
- Track earned media placements and coverage from the agency for internal recaps and reporting
What makes you a good fit
- Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media
- Interest in the beauty industry
- Content creation experience and familiarity with social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and editing tools (i.e.., Dash Hudson, Sprout, CapCut, Premier Pro, etc.)

The salary for this role is $70,000.00- $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
