Digital Marketing Manager, Blink
Blink is part of Amazon Devices, the innovative consumer electronics division that brings you Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV, and Echo. We are seeking a highly organized, analytically minded, collaborative individual digital marketing contributor. This role will help manage the planning, execution, and reporting for paid and organic campaigns across customer-facing digital marketing channels (email, social media, display, search, influencer, and more). This role will help manage our marketing tech stack including websites, CRM applications, and other technology used to support our marketing efforts. You will work across teams and technologies to help execute our programs and ensure our website and critical tools are operating successfully.

You are customer-obsessed with a bias for action and make proactive strategic recommendations based on data and the needs of the customer to help improve the experience and performance of our campaigns while driving revenue growth. You execute strong attention to detail and are extremely tech savvy. You enjoy creative testing and have a firm grasp on targeting, segmentation, and analytics best practices. You understand how digital channels work together and approach campaign management holistically while understanding the value and limitations of each channel. You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once, maintain strong partner and vendor relationships, and can work across teams with ease. ROLE OUTLINE
- Strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns across buying stages, monitor performance, and optimize spend to ensure efficiency and ROI in collaboration with marketing team and key stakeholders
- Manage highly-visible demand generation and customer email marketing campaigns and strategy – from gathering of requirements and assets, to A/B testing, programming, scheduling, reporting and maintaining across the buyer’s journey including promotional emails, automations, nurture, surveys, and more
- Develop and execute campaigns and tactics across paid and organic channels such as social, search, display, email, website, YouTube, connected TV, and more
- Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and creative team members to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Optimize digital strategy to increase awareness, engagement, traffic, and revenue
- Maintain and strategize monthly marketing budget across channels in collaboration with marketing team members
- Work with internal and external teams to optimize our marketing tech stack and ensure functionality
- Work with analytics team to generate critical marketing data and views used to drive reporting
- Manage select vendor relationships and execute relevant purchasing activities as needed
- Lead the sourcing and implementation of new, primarily SaaS-based, marketing applications
- Act as the administrator for our marketing tech stack including our website, CRM, advertising, and marketing reporting applications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- 5+ years of CRM, marketing technology, and SaaS-based applications (Adobe, Hubspot, Marketo, or similar)
- 5+ years of digital marketing program management (social media, advertising, search, and SEO)
- 5+ years of experience leveraging data and analytics reporting tools across channels
- 4+ years of website application management (Shopify, Squarespace, or similar)
- 3+ years of basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Excel and other MS apps
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and reporting including acquiring and organizing data
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to messaging and creative concepts across digital campaigns
- Outstanding ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problem
- Strong attention to detail, a team-first personality, and the ability to think on your feet
- Data-driven with a hands-on approach, a good sense of prioritization, collaboration, and the ability to take action in a fast-paced environment
- Technically-savvy, self-starter who is in-the-know regarding the latest digital trends and technology
