The Royalty Family, a top family entertainment channel with over 15 million subscribers, is on the hunt for their Producer & Production Assistant to bring massive video concepts to life! We're helping them fill this position.

Requirements

  • You thrive in organized chaos and can keep multiple moving parts aligned
  • You're a natural problem-solver who knows how to anticipate needs
  • You have experience with audience retention strategies and content distribution
  • You're skilled in Notion, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
  • You have strong communication skills and can manage logistics seamlessly
  • You're comfortable working with kids and family-focused content
  • You have experience with lifestyle vlogs, entertainment, scripted skits, and IRL content
  • You can adapt to funny, energetic, happy, fast-paced, suspenseful, and dramatic content styles

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics from pre-production through delivery
  • Source and coordinate with vendors for shoot requirements
  • Handle casting processes and talent coordination
  • Track budgets and ensure projects stay within financial parameters
  • Support the creative team so they can focus on content creation
  • Juggle timelines, talent schedules, and last-minute changes
  • Keep projects on track without losing sight of the creative vision
  • Deliver smooth shoot days despite unexpected curveballs
